Changes made for this site: TIFF images were converted to PNG and
downsampled for display; supplied annotation polygons are drawn over the
display copy as an overlay (for dense images, as a separate transparent
label layer with every supplied outline); a viewing aid may be added to a
very small polygon so a person can find it. The overlay marks the supplied
label, not a cell boundary detected by this project. No upstream file is
modified.
